Care instructions can vary by item. For embroidered apparel and linens, gentle washing, cool water and low heat or air drying help protect the fabric and stitching. Follow any product-specific care instructions included with your order.

Because our pieces are personalized or made specifically for your order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review names, initials, dates, colors and personalization carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Custom embroidery is currently available for Arizona customers. Local drop-off/pickup is preferred, and certain customer-supplied items may be approved for shipping to us with return shipping paid by the customer.

Available fonts, thread colors, monogram styles and other choices vary by product. Enter your personalization exactly as you would like it stitched and select any applicable product options before adding the item to your cart.

Pricing reflects both the product itself and the embroidery required to create the finished piece. Design size, stitch count, complexity, number of colors, placement, setup and finishing can all affect the time involved. Some detailed designs can require an hour or more of embroidery time on the machine, in addition to preparation and finishing, so pricing may vary from one product or design to another.

We offer live embroidery for select Arizona weddings, private parties, brand events and pop-ups. Event pricing depends on the location, guest count, products, duration and personalization needs.
